Chit Ratnayake

Chit was a GM/MD at Fortune 500’s like Unilever/Reckitt, scale ups like THG/Groupon with analytical skills from Goldman Sachs & Engineering.

He specialises in growth of FMCG, D2C and eCommerce businesses.

Hands on leader in performance marketing, optimizing UX, A/B testing value propositions, increasing AoV, CVR, CAC, LTV, profitability, RGM to high level strategic planning.

Chit has launched brands into new markets (US, EU, India, SEA), built high performance cross functional teams with operating models for growth.

David Williams

David most recently was CFO at DPD and City Sprint. He financially restructured the City Sprint creating an exit sale to DPD for far greater than thought possible.

Davids accountancy background started at one of the big 4, Ernst and Young (EY), then FTI Consulting and other CFO roles like Tungsten Invoicing (used by Unilever).

Currently David enjoys being an investor and advisor across multiple businesses with Chit.
